Updating the ISO 9001 Certificate

In September 2018, ISO-9001 in the 2008 edition ends. The new edition of the standard, edition 2015, imposes on the organizations a number of new requirements that better protect the interests of the client, while at the same time ensuring the safety of the organization.
As part of continuous improvement of the quality management system, at the turn of the year 2017/2018 we adjusted our management system to the requirements of ISO 9001 in the 2015 edition. The analysis of risk and opportunities has allowed us to develop preventive actions leading to minimization of risks, as well as procedures allowing the use of emerging business opportunities. ISO-9001 in the 2015 edition enabled better connection of quality policy and quality objectives with the strategy of our company. Thanks to ISO-9001: 2015 we have constant supervision over the compliance of our products and services with the requirements. ISO-9001: 2015 allows us to maintain a high level of service for each client.
In May 2018 auditors from UDT-CERT carried out an analysis of the management system implemented by us in terms of its compliance with the new requirements of ISO-9011: 2015. The auditors analyzed our system and operational procedures, implemented information documentation system as well as planned and implemented activities related to risk and opportunities.
The audit fully confirmed the compliance of our quality management system with the requirements of ISO-9001: 2015. As a result of the positive audit assessment, we were awarded the ISO-9001: 2015 certificate no. CSJ / 787/2018 (see https:/www.udt.gov.pl/certificate-systemow-zarzadzania/organizacje-certyfikowane).
Thanks to the implementation of the latest version of the ISO-9001 standard, we can demonstrate our ability to deliver products and services that meet the requirements of customers and legal regulations, and increase the satisfaction of our customers.
