The ACI Tank Sight Glass Type 322A for high-pressure applications is a reinforced sigh glass fitting based on our Type 321A.
Due to the significantly reinforced flange and the use of glass plates beyond the standard dimensions of DIN 7080, we are able to achieve operating pressures of up to 160 bar with Type 322A.
The glass is clamped in a similar way to our proven Type 321A by means of pretensioning screws. This ensures that the fitting only has to be professionally fastened to the carrier flange in your system in order to achieve the necessary sealing.
A version for increased temperature can also be realized by using appropriate seals and glass materials. Due to the high operating pressure, the installation of wipers and sprayers is unfortunately not possible with the Type 322A. Lights based on halogen or LED light sources are also available directly from us.
Like our other types of round tank sight glasses, Type 322A is also available in a variety of steel grades and can therefore be perfectly adapted to your individual requirements! Mica discs and various high-performance materials such as quartz or sapphire glass cover even the most demanding operating conditions.
